Our day is thoughtfully structured to balance free play, group learning, rest, and nourishment. We operate Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm during school terms only.
8:00am – 9:30am
Families are welcomed into the preschool. Children are provided with a variety
of open-ended experiences on the deck, indoors and outdoors.
(An indoor/outdoor program is supported in the summer months.)
Children engage in outdoor or indoor play.
Children are encouraged to reset their environment
before we separate into two groups for lunch.
Lunchtime. Children enjoy their own lunch together in small groups.
Children are separated into age-appropriate group times.
Children engage in free play, indoors or outdoors.
Those children who require rest are offered beds or a quiet area to relax.
Those who are not resting are provided with quiet, calm activities.
Afternoon tea time. Children bring their own choice of fruit to share.
Children are welcomed back to the outdoor environment
to engage until it is time to go home.
